In a beautiful, quiet setting we have found our place for this retreat from October 1 - 3, 2027. During this weekend you alternate gentle Yoga classes (for flexibility, strength and relaxation) with Qigong sessions (exercises to let your life energy flow, ground your body and strengthen your focus).

You consciously take time for yourself. You slow down the pace, step out of your head and land back in your body. Yoga helps you gently release tension and bring your attention inward, with calm postures and mindful movement and breathing exercises. Qigong supports you with breathing, gentle energy exercises and relaxation, so your energy can flow freely again. Both forms make your body supple and your mind relax. In this way you come into balance.

Together with short moments of silence and meditation, space emerges to relax, feel clearly and be fully present. You don't need to "perform", it's about experiencing, feeling and returning to yourself. A long weekend to recharge, restore your balance and return home with more peace and gentleness.
